30-day return window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

How to return an item

• Email care@talissonimports.co.uk with your order number.
• We will issue a prepaid return label and instructions within one business day.
• Drop your package at any Royal Mail collection point.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. You will be notified by email at each stage.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or model, please initiate a return and place a new order. This is the fastest way to secure your new selection.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances and personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty on arrival.
