Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Pound Sterling (£) and include applicable UK taxes. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately; however, we reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices at any time.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy the products. We will confirm acceptance by email once your order is dispatched. A contract is formed at that point.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Please see our Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms. You have the statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel within 14 days of delivery.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
